Privacy policy
Last updated 6 October 2026.
Nobody & Co. is run by Janam Varandani in Sydney, Australia. We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- The on-site pitch demo stays in your browser. Its inputs and outputs are not sent or saved.
- Anything you send through the contact form or the waitlist.
- Your Talk to Nobody questions and answers, and your email if you choose to continue after three answers.
Talk to Nobody uses an essential session cookie that lasts 24 hours. We store a hashed network address to limit abuse. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To verify you are a real person, run your demo, limit how often it runs, and reply to your enquiry. Talk to Nobody stores the conversation to answer follow-up questions and enforce usage limits. Supplying an email continues the chat. It does not subscribe you to marketing.
Who processes it
Our hosting and database provider stores it. An email provider sends your sign-in code and replies. An AI provider processes your demo inputs and Talk to Nobody questions and recent answers. Chat email addresses are not sent to the AI provider. Each only gets what it needs to do that job. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. We delete on request within 30 days.
Access, correction and deletion
Email janam.varandani@gmail.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. If you are unhappy with how we handle a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
We do not sell it
We never sell or rent your personal information.
